call the 800-shoptjs for store locations...if you want to speak to someone
at the corporate headquarters the number is 626-599-3700, located in
Monrovia, CA...about a mile from where I live.

are not public.

You can call them on the phone. You can write them a
letter on paper. You can visit a store and talk to
a manager.

But if they don't publish an e-mail address, what makes
you think that if you found one somehow (and I guarantee
you that they do have e-mail), what makes you think that
they'd do anything but toss your e-mail in the trash?
